Jim is the General Manager of the Best Western Plus Grosvenor Hotel since 2008 and serves as Governor for Best Western International. Jim serves as Governor for 14 hotels in the Bay Area. He is also Past Chair for the Best Western District VI Co-op, which is responsible for establishing and implementing marketing and advertising initiatives for 300 hotels in California, Nevada and Hawaii. Jim also serves on the South San Francisco Conference Center’s Authority Board.

Genentech, Inc., is a leading biotechnology operation, using human genetic information to discover, develop, manufacture and commercialize bio-therapeutics that address significant unmet medical needs. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS degree in Business Management, and from the University of California, Berkeley with a MBA in Real Estate Finance.

Kevin has been with Kaiser Permanente since 2003 and is the Area Quality Leader for the South San Francisco hospital. Kevin joined Kaiser Permanente in 2003 as the Quality and Compliance Director for the Oakland and Richmond medical centers, from UCSF Medical Center where he held a similar position. Kevin holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of California San Francisco, where he was a Regents Scholar. Kevin has also studied at the Institute of Healthcare Improvement’s Patient Safety and Quality Executive programs as well as Harvard Business School’s Executive Leadership Program. Kevin is on the Board of the Friendship House Association of American Indians, a substance abuse recovery program in San Francisco. Kevin is a past Commissioner on Aging for San Mateo County, and a former member of the Board of Directors of the San Mateo Police Athletic League.

Kristin has served on the board of directors for Rotary Club of Aptos, United Way of Santa Cruz, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Santa Cruz, and is currently on the board of Sitike Counseling Center in South San Francisco.
